The Fraser Valley Dragon Boat is currently made up of seven teams (five mixed teams, our Ladies Only team and our junior team). Each team has it's own Captain, Boat Captain and philosophy toward dragon boating. For more information on the teams please check out the links below:

Though each team is an independant entity, and just a little bit different from each other, they all have the same goal in mind. They all enjoy the sport. They compete to the best of their abilities. They all have fun. Each team practices weekly (some semi-weekly) during our season to improve on stroke, technique, endurance and well, like I said, because it's fun.

As each new season starts, a practice schedule will be available on the website. This schedule will include practice dates (and times), upcoming regattas and any team fundraising activities. The Club will also be looking into fundrasing events. Dates and times for these will be available as well. Check back often.
